About KSLV
KSLV is a UX strategy consulting and facilitation practice I started in 2026, after twenty years of UX leadership work in different modes: in-house and agency product designer, co-founder of a design consultancy for SaaS and enterprise products, director of UX inside product companies, and now back to consulting on terms that let me focus on the work I find most impactful and exciting.
My name is Kyrylo Slavetski, and I’m the founder of KSLV. The practice is small on purpose: a few well-defined services, each tuned to a specific situation a product company finds itself in, and a handful of clients at a time, so the work always gets the attention it needs.
The services today are the UX Strategy Sprint, the Initiative Kickoff, the UX Strategy Programme, and the UX Leadership Residency.
Why KSLV
Strategic UX work fails when it gets squeezed into corners: one-off strategy offsites whose outputs nobody opens again, “embedded” researchers who never get to influence direction, design strategy reduced to a slide in someone else’s deck. Every KSLV service is designed to prevent exactly those failures. Each format puts the right people in the room, starts the work with a clear mandate, and leaves behind results the team keeps using after I’m gone.
Building products has never been easier. Anyone can ship fast now, and whatever you charge, someone will undercut you on price. What’s left to differentiate on is the experience of using the product itself. That differentiation takes sustained work: understanding your customers deeply, building a clear picture of how their experience should improve in the long run, and aligning the company behind getting there. That is the work KSLV exists to help you do.
How I work
I take on only a few clients at a time, so each one gets the attention the work demands. I’m based in Rotterdam and deliver the work remotely or on-site, depending on the format: the UX Leadership Residency is fully remote, and workshops run either way; a shared room helps most in the generative sessions.
I don’t take on competing clients in the same product category at the same time. And I’d rather have a good conversation about what your team needs than win a contract that wasn’t right in the first place.
